Plateau d'Assy is situated in the valley of the Arve, along the motorway A40 from Geneva to Chamonix.

You can reach the Gîte as follows:

By car from Great-Britain:
You can take the motorways all the way from the Channel Tunnel or the ferry terminals in Calais to finally the A40 to Chamonix and leave the motorway at exit 21 Passy, which is only about 10 minutes from our Gîte.
Stop now your navigation-system, because it will lead you not correctly to our Gîte.
Now follow the signs to Passy and thereafter Plateau d'Assy. The distance from the motorway to the Gîte is about 10 kilometers.

From Switzerland or Italy:
From Switzerland (Martigny) you reach Chamonix and follow the road to Geneva, which leads to the motorway A40. Leave the motorway at exit 21 Passy.
Stop now your navigation-system, because it will lead you not correctly to our Gîte.
Now follow the signs to Passy and thereafter Plateau d'Assy. The distance from the motorway to the Gîte is about 10 kilometers.
From Italy (through the Mont Blanc tunnel) you follow the same description as from Switzerland.

The nearest airport is Geneva airport*. you can fly very cheap with Easy Jet.
In Genève you can hire a car or you can let us pick you up.
